Leng is a co-owner of 123 Tax. He currently specializes in Tax Preparations, Consulting, and Bookkeeping for Real Estate Investors, Property Management, and general small businesses. He is always open to educate, learn and meet new people. He is an advocator for improvements, education and diversity.

Leng is somewhat of an introvert, so don't be shy and say "Hi" as it can take him a minute to speak up. Fair warning: once he starts talking, it may be hard to shut him up since he can be full of energy when it regards to topics he is passionate about (you know... Financials, Accounting, Bookkeeping, & Taxes sort of things).

Betty is one of the Co-Owners of 123 Tax. She is more of the background person here providing support in a variety of other things to run 123 Tax. Clients will mainly be talking and working with Leng as he is a true expert in numbers. 

A message from Betty:

"Why do I need to even pay a tax preparer to file my taxes? I can just do my own taxes!" This was something I've always grew up thinking, hence why I've always filed my own taxes in the past. Now with numerous hours of tax training I've learned that I have not maxed out my refunds in all those years I've done taxes by myself. Big Sigh. There were so many adjustments and credits I could have put on my tax return in the past to get a bigger refund. Of course, what I didn't know, I didn't put on my tax return. And guess what, if you did not put them on your tax returns, the IRS definitely isn't responsible to notify you that you forgot to add something to your tax return to get a bigger refund. Don't be like me in the past, get your maximum refund starting with this year.
